Bamboo furniture can withstand everyday use. It is far more resistant to damage than traditional hardwoods. Bamboo is even used in cutting boards for this reason; it can take the beating of repeated knife use and still remain beautiful, and bamboo is gentler on knife blades than other woods. This comes in handy if you are plan on giving a bamboo chair a good deal of use

Yes, our bamboo products can be used outdoors. However, keep in mind, harsh elements will eventually wear down the woods surface. Add protectant oil every 12 months to prolong your outdoor furnitures use. 

  • Apply a protectant oil to your bamboo furniture for an enriched color and added protection for pieces with prominent wear.
  • Use a microfiber towel to dust your furniture as needed.
  • A damp cloth can easily clean the bamboo’s surface. We recommended avoiding harsh chemicals that may damage the bamboo over time. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items: sale items, custom designed products, used or damaged products.

If your item was shipped to you defective, please reach out as soon as possible so we can complete an exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at veritaslivingco@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3424 Roberto Court San Luis Obispo, CA 93401.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LTL Shipping for Larger Products: $325.00

  • Larger products ship via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping with a flat fee of $325. This option includes tracking and is designed for oversized items.

 

Do you Ship to International Destinations? Yes, we offer international shipping to Canada.

Drop Shipping

Some products available on our Site may be fulfilled through drop shipping arrangements. This means the products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. Please be aware of the following conditions regarding drop shipped items:

  • Product Availability: The availability of drop shipped products is subject to the supplier’s inventory. We do not guarantee that items will be in stock.
  • Order Fulfillment: Orders containing drop shipped products may be shipped separately from other items in your order.
  • Returns and Support: Returns and support for drop shipped items are managed by the supplier from whom the item was purchased. As such, the following applies:
