Yes, our bamboo products can be used outdoors. However, exposure to harsh elements like direct sun, rain, and moisture can gradually wear down the wood’s surface over time.

To help protect your bamboo furniture and extend its life, we recommend applying a protective outdoor oil or sealant every 12 months, or more often in harsher climates.

To keep your bamboo products clean, wipe them regularly with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher spots, use mild soap and water, then dry the surface completely with a clean towel.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or soaking the wood, as these can damage the finish over time. For long-term care, reapply a protective oil or sealant as needed to help maintain the bamboo’s natural beauty and durability.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at veritaslivingco@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
